Information on purchases (Terms and Conditions)
Please be aware that whilst I love spending time making beautiful beaded jewellery I do work full-time and so it may take a few weeks for your item to be ready. We will agree a delivery date at the time you place your order so please make sure you tell me if you need your item for a special occasion.
I want you to love, and be completely satisfied with your jewellery purchase and so I will offer you a viewing of your commissioned item in person, or by sending photographs of the finished piece before payment with no obligation to buy. Once I have received payment I will post your item to you and you still get a 14 day ‘cooling off’ period where you can claim a full refund (excluding post and packaging costs) for unwanted items providing they are returned as new.
I accept payment by cash, personal cheque or bank transfer. I will only send items out once payment has been cleared by my bank.
Standard UK 1st class delivery costs £2.95 per item. Special delivery, insurance and international postage rates available upon request.
I use the best quality beads, findings and stringing materials but I also offer a 1 year guarantee on all workmanship- so any problems just let me know.
However, handmade beaded jewellery is delicate and needs to be handled with care. Please avoid getting jewellery wet as the thread may rot, or spraying with perfume as this may tarnish beads. These are not items to be worn to do the washing up! Please avoid excessive pulling on hand sewn items in particular, as this will cause the thread to sag over time, or even be broken on the sharp edges of some beads. Finally, to avoid clasps tarnishing, I recommend gently wiping with a soft cloth or jewellery cleaning cloth every so often.
Please feel free to contact me if there is something 'special' you'd like commissioned, or for any questions at all.
